About

We provide therapeutic tattoo sessions for Veterans and First Responders.  Great, but what does that mean?  How does it work?

When a Veteran or First Responder in crisis is identified, an appointment is scheduled when the shop is closed.  This helps minimize distractions and boost the comfort and privacy of the experience.  An appropriate Peer is on hand throughout the appointment.  This means that someone with training in providing Peer Support as well as similar job-related experience is there.  We ensure that we have the right, pre-screened Peer on hand.  A Police Officer may have all of the training and road experience in the world but if it is a Combat Veteran in the chair, they need a Combat Veteran Peer.  The same holds true the other way.

The individual then works with the artist to develop the tattoo design they seek to help process their trauma.
